Purchase Instructions

1. Physical Photography
All product images are 100% physically shot.
Slight color differences may occur due to variations in shooting light, angles, and monitor contrast.
Color differences within the normal range are not considered quality issues.
2. Sizing Guide
Product sizes are based on your pet’s actual body measurements, not the flat-laid dimensions of the garment!
Since pets are active, measurement errors are common: we recommend averaging 3 measurements (with a margin of ≤2cm) or purchasing by weight for better accuracy.
Size variations are normal due to different styles and fabric thicknesses:
Thick winter garments will measure larger when laid flat than thin summer styles.
Summer designs are loose and breathable; winter styles are either tight for wind protection or slightly oversized to layer underneath.
The ideal fit: the garment should cover your pet’s belly without covering its tail.
⚠️ Important Note: All pet clothing is not escape-proof. Please do not place an order if this is a concern.
3. Fading Care
Floating color during washing is not a quality issue.
Some fabrics may release slight floating color in the first few washes, which is a normal property of the material.
Prevention tips:
Soak the garment in saltwater for the first wash.
Avoid prolonged soaking in alkaline water or laundry detergent for subsequent washes.

• The above measurements are taken directly from the pet’s body. Due to varied clothing styles, flat-laid measurements for some dresses or special cuts may not match this chart.
• Sphynx and Devon Rex cats with body measurements within ±3cm of this chart can wear these sizes.
• For other breeds, please order one size larger when purchasing by weight.
• If you are unsure, please consult customer service for specific data or provide your pet’s three circumferences for size reference.
