At ABabyPet, we want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we offer a 14-Day Return Policy for defective or unsatisfactory items. Please read the full policy below before requesting a return. 

🛒 How to Request a Return If you received a damaged or faulty item, please email us at

📩 support@@ababypet.com Include the following details: Your order number A description of the issue Photos or a video showing the problem We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions. 

⚠️ Important: Do not send your item to the address on the package. Returns must be approved by our customer service and sent to the correct return address we provide.

 ✅ Return Eligibility You may return an item if: It is within 14 days of delivery It is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached It has one of the following issues: Stains Broken zipper Rips or tears Poor material quality Major color difference Big difference from product photo

❌ Non-Returnable Items Promotional or discounted items Items returned after 14 days Items damaged due to improper use or worn condition Returns due to wrong size or personal dislike

💳 Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 1–8 business days to your original payment method.

🔁 Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges.

Responsible for every pet, the pet clothes do not support return or exchange because of special attributes.
If it is not a hairless cat/Devon body type, please consult customer service before placing your order.

🚚 Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs Do not use C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) – we cannot accept such packages Please do not require a signature on delivery Once shipped, please email us the tracking number
